Every week we send our client daily updated system of information in databases about buildings and investments with their description and also with contacts of investor, project engineer and supplier.
Sending to the clients is on every Friday between 12:00-15:00. E-mails are sent to the clients with the attachment in format ".xls "
Long-term average of weekly sent amount of information to clients for 2005/06, is weekly about 250 information from Slovakia and 250 information about investments and buildings from all of the spheres of building industry and regions from Czech republic weekly.


SW Macros: Product ZiSK contains the software Macros from our company, which increases user's comfort, it also makes screen reading easier with the work with ZiSK and also printing individual buildings / investments in the paper- format A4.


Consultations contain regular consultant-consult visits by client in the instance of need. Counseling directly at client's place, problems solving, and backward bond.


Hot-line service contains the possibility of a phone communication and solving of the questions, impulses, with the staff from the editorial office ZiSK and with sales agents- consultants.


Service GARANT contains the quality security of our information, description and stage of investments and contacts. In case, if the client has the feeling that some of the readouts are not valid, he has the opportunity to inform us and it is our duty to verify this information and give the client the answer.


Staff training contains training of subordinates aimed on ZiSK, instruction of use, comprehension of categories and different possibilities of using the system for director, management, marketing, sales agents etc.


Establishment of the system of labour contains transferring know-how to our clients by handling of possible orders, information and introduction of the system to this work.
